During this session I’ll ask questions about your background, current challenges, goals for therapy, and any relevant history, such as relationships, health, or previous therapy experiences. This also provides a chance for you to share openly and ask any questions about the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll begin to create a tailored plan to support your journey, ensuring a safe and collaborative space to start your healing.

During the session, which often lasts 50 minutes, we’ll explore your current experiences, challenges, and progress. I’ll guide the conversation using therapeutic techniques that align with your unique situation and needs. The focus is on creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can gain insight, express yourself openly, and build skills for growth. Each session is a step in your personal journey toward healing and well-being.
