You’ve worked hard to move past the trauma, yet the same fears and emotions continue to resurface. Feeling detached and disconnected from even your closest relationships has left you with an ongoing sense of loneliness. The trauma is in the past, but your body still feels as though it’s happening in the present. As an EMDR-trained clinician, I am here to guide you beyond the boundaries of traditional talk therapy, helping you access true healing and lasting transformation.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a structured, evidence-based approach designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic memories. By using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps reprocess distressing experiences, reducing their emotional impact and enabling a sense of resolution. Over time, clients often experience reduced symptoms of trauma, improved emotional regulation, and a renewed ability to engage fully in their lives and relationships.

  • During an EMDR session, you’ll be guided to focus on specific traumatic memories while engaging in bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements or tapping. This process helps your brain reprocess these memories, reducing their emotional intensity and fostering healing in a safe and supportive environment.

  • EMDR therapy may be right for you if you're struggling with distressing memories, trauma, or overwhelming emotions that feel difficult to resolve through traditional talk therapy alone. It’s particularly helpful if you notice patterns of anxiety, emotional triggers, or avoidance behaviors linked to past experiences. If you're seeking a structured yet transformative approach to processing these challenges and finding relief, EMDR can be a powerful tool for healing and growth.

  • EMDR therapy can be a powerful option even if you don’t remember the trauma itself. This approach focuses on the emotions, physical sensations, and triggers that are tied to unresolved experiences, allowing your brain to reprocess and heal without needing to recall specific memories. By addressing the distress stored in your body and mind, EMDR therapy helps you find relief and move forward with greater emotional balance and resilience.
